Monochrome Dream

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

I have had a fabulous weekend at the CHA-UK Creative Event in Coventry

I met lots of lovely people and made loads of new friends which I hope will see again.

Today a vintage monochrome card.


Step by Step

1. 7 x 7 white square card which I have matted and layered black card.
2. The next layer is white centura pearlescent card.
3. I added black lace across the bottom of the card and a strand of double sided pearls.
4. The image I have matted and layered at an angle onto black and white pearlescent card.
5. To finish off I added the black feather and 3 roses from Wild Orchid.

Christmas Sledging

Good Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Well the last day of a fabulous weekend here in Coventry.
Travelling back home later on today!

A Christmas card to share with you, just for a change!

I have used Merry Sledding Snow Baby by Elisabeth Bell


Step by Step

1. White shaped card card
2. First layer patterned cream and gold card.
3. Second layer red and gold card cut out with SB Labels 26.
4. Stamped the image onto Supersmooth card and cut out with SB Labels 26, coloured with copics and used Woodware Fluffy Stuff on the snowflakes.
5. To finish off I added the ribbon sentiment and wooden holly corners.

Vintage Love

Good Morning Crafty Friends Followers and Visitors

How are you all today?

Second day of the CHA-UK Creative Event in Coventry.

A vintage card to share today.


Step by Step

1. 7 x 7 white cream card, down the left side if have matted and layered floral card printed from the Kraftyhands Femme Fatale CD.
2. The next layer is from their paper pack, love this stripped paper.
3. The postcard is from my stash and I think it is from Aspire.
4. The image I printed off from my computer, I added the lace across the bottom half of the card.
5. To finish off I added the pearls across the top of the lace, the tag sentiment with cream ribbon.

Lilac Flower Fairy

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Another quick post this morning as I need to pack for my weekend away.

I hear you ask yourself where is she going now?

Well I am off to Coventry for the CHA-UK Creative Exchanges through work!
My first time at this event and looking forward to catching up with lots of my friends.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.


Step by Step

1. White shaped card which I have threaded white and purple polka dot ribbon through and made a bow.
2. I matted and layered the Hobby House topper which I have added faux stitching around to purple mirri card, I added glitter to her wings.
3. I made a spray of flowers using stick pin, pearl flower spray in shades of purple
4. To finish off I added the glitter sentiment and the dragonfly charm to the centre of the bow.

Butterfly Birthday

Friday, whew that sure sneaked up on me!

How has your week been? 
I have been very busy but it has been enjoyable.

A birthday card to share with you today!


Step by Step

1. A5 pearlescent base card which I have matted and layered patterned card from Hunkydory kit
2. The image I have matted and layered with foam pads.
3. Along the top of the first layer I have added a strand of dangle pearls.
4. To finish off I added the birthday sentiment and metal butterfly.

Ike's Muse

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

How are you all?
Well here we are again Thursday already!

Today's card is made using Ike's World Muse 3 which I won from a challenge.


Step by Step

1. 6 x 6 white square card.
2. First layer is pink pearlescent card which I have wrapped ribbon around before adhering to base card.
3. I printed the image onto supersmooth and coloured with Copic's cut out then matted and layered onto silver pearlescent card.
4. To finish off I added the sentiment and 2 pearl flat back gems.

Get Well Soon

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

An early post before I start work.

Rick also sends his thanks to you all for his birthday wishes, he was spoilt!

Here is a card to add to my stock, a get well soon, these are always handy to have.

Enjoy your day whatever you are up to!


Step by Step

1. 6 x 6 white square card, I matted and layered striped card printed from Femme Fatal CD.
2. The next layer is half of a vintage card, I raised the topper with foam pads.
3. I added lace down the left side with string of pearls.
4. To finish off I added the sentiment and a metal corner.
