Mixed Media Box Frame - Happiness

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

Had a nice day yesterday at Cheshire Oaks meeting one of Rick's old work colleagues.

The roads were very busy but it was nice to do something different.

Raindrops

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I hope that all is well and you are having a good weekend.

A busy week in the craft room and must wrap my Christmas presents this week too.

Today sharing a card using Krista Smith's Raindrops digital image.

I have used the following Copics to colour image:

Skin - E50, E51, E53
Hair - E23, E25, E29
Eyes - B91, B93, B97
Umbrella - E27, E59, YG03, G94, G99
Trousers - YG03, G94, G99
Cardigan - BV02, BV04, BV08
Top - YR23, YR24, YR27


Step by Step

1. A5 white base card
2. Matted and layered woodgrain card and a scrap piece of card from stash
3. Wrapped organza ribbon around both layers before adhering to card base.
4. Printed and coloured image with above Copics before cutting out with TL oval die, matted and layered onto purple card and added glossy accents to raindrops and created more raindrops.
5. To finish off added the sentiment.

Sue Baker Presents Secret Garden Samples

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I hope you managed to watch Sue's shows on Friday featuring the new collection Secret Garden.
You all seemed to like the new collection as it was a sell out!

I created 12 samples, a couple of cards, MDF pieces and canvas's using the wonderful collection of Rice Paper, Dies, Stencils as well as the new Cadence products too!

Nicolette

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I hope you had a good week and have a pleasant weekend too.

I will be videoing, editing and uploading a couple of videos today.

Sharing a new card using Digi Doodle Studios Nicolette.

I have used the following Copics to colour the image:

Skin - E50, E51, E53
Hair - E41, E43, E47
Coat/Hat - R35, R37, R39
Leggings - BV23, BV25, BV29
Jumper - B04
Boots - YR23, YR24, YR27
Scarf - B91, B93, B97, BV34
Gift - R35, R37, R39, YR23, YR24, YR27
Used glitter on hat and coat


Step by Step

1. 6 x 6 white square base card.
2. Matted and layered gold and red patterned card.
3. Printed image and coloured with above Copics before matting and layering onto gold card.
4. Distressed die cut tree with Archival distress ink peeled paint.
5. To finish off added the sentiment and pearl gems.

Mixed Media - Snowflakes are Kisses from Heaven

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

How has your week been?

We had a nice visit to meet our new Grandson on Monday and came home Tuesday.
The rest of the week has been filled with visits to parents and getting jobs done around the house.

Today sharing with you a new video called Snowflakes are Kisses from Heaven.
I have used an 11 inch cake board using Sue Baker Presents Snow Queen collection of rice paper, dies and stencils.
I have also used a variety of Cadence products too.

Thinking of You

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

How are you all today?

Another busy Thursday morning with weigh in and errands.

Sharing a vintage card using stash from my craft room.


Step by Step

1. 8 x 8 white square base card.
2. Matted and layered blue and cream card.
3. Added strip of lace and white gems in the centre of each flower.
4. Matted and layered image onto blue card.
5. To finish off added the sentiment and pearl gems to the corner.

November RAK Winner

A scheduled post this morning as Rick and I are over on the Isle of Man visiting our new grandson and other grandchildren.
