New Beginnings at Kraftyhands

Good Morning Crafty Friends and Followers

Today it is time for our first challenge over at Kraftyhands.  This month our theme is New Beginnings which could mean New Year, New Birth, Wedding, anything you interpret it to mean to you.

We will also be announcing our new design team members during next week. 

I have gone with the New Birth theme.

 

Card base is Spellbinder decorative Oval die cut twice to make the base with Pearlescent card

The first layer is from Kraftyhands Toy Box CD

I wrapped pink lace around the polka dot paper and tied a bow at one end.

I cut out a smaller oval again using the above die but smaller.

Using the Baby Stamp which I designed and can be purchased from Kraftyhands (which is on sale at the moment) I coloured with Copics.  I then distressed the topper with PanPastel in Pink.

To finish off I have added a button, some small white roses, a feather and a teddy bear charm.
