Hibiscus

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

I hope that you are all keeping warm and safe today.  Boy it sure is cold here in Warrington and it is snowing, only small flakes but snowing nevertheless.  The wind is awful too and the snow is horizontal.

Well today I am showcasing one of the new stamp sets from the beautiful botanicals which you can purchase from Kraftyhands!  If you are going to the NEC they have them with them and they are on stand E11.  The lovely Ian has designed three wonderful sets of stamps and I am sure they will become firm favourites of mine as I was lucky enough to get my hands on all 3 of them.

Recipe
6 x 6 white square scalloped card to which I have stamped butterflies around the edge.
1st layer is lilac pearlescent card cut out using Spellbinder Labels 1 die
I have stamped the hibiscus onto Stampography card and cut out using scalloped labels 1
The little butterfly has been stamped with Versamark and embossed with black embossing powder
I have coloured the flowers using Graph It markers 6120, 6130 and 6185.
I stamped the larger butterfly onto vellum and embossed with embossing tool and cut out.

Thank you for stopping by Today
Hugs xxx

  2. Gorgeous card Linda, love the flower stamp and your colour combo! We had some snow early this morning finally! But not more than an inch, I think there's more expected :( it's very cold and windy here too, mind you we get a lot of wind by the sea on the south east coast, keep warm Hun, Zoe xx

  5. This is lovely Linda...really pretty.

We've had loads of snow here...about 3 - 4 inches in the yard this morning, but I've attacked it so it's not a problem now. It's not snowing at the moment (well, it wasn't when I last looked) but there's plenty about.
