Katie

Good Evening Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Well I have had a lovely day today.  I have had a PJ day and spent my time colouring in using my new Graph It markers.  I love these, it has taken me a long time to get to grips with alcohol markers and tried them all.  I have been a fan of Copics and they have been fabulous to work with. Graph It markers have just blown me away with the amount of depth and dimension you can achieve with these pens.

Today I have coloured in Katie one of my buy's from Visible Image at the weekend in Harrogate.  I hope you like what I have made using this lovely stamp.

Recipe

21 x 16 cm pearlescent cream card
1st layer is embossed brown card from my stash, I have wrapped pink ribbon around before matting onto the card base.
2nd layer is from First Edition Sweet Owl Paper Pack
3rd and 4th layer have been cut out using Spellbinder Label 29 die
I stamped Katie using Memento Tuxedo black and coloured her in with Graph It markers and then dusted with PanPastels Red Tint

Hair - 1130, 1210, 2120
Skin - 4115, 4110, 4155 and 4135 for cheeks
Dress and Butterflies - 5115, 5110, 5120, 5255

To finish off I have added pearl gems to the corners of the toppers, a brown bow with a pink ribbon which I have threaded Baker's Twine and made a bow.
Using paper from Sweet Owl I have cut out the Butterfly using Les Papillion Two Dies and a butterfly button.

Thank you for stopping by Today
Hugs xxxxx

  31. Such a pretty card Linda, wonderful colours.

Its interesting what you say about the new Graphit Pens - I have wondered what the difference in them are (apart from the nibs of course). Its good to read someones point of view and experience.
