In the Woods

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Nice and sunny here this morning, I hope it stays that way.  Another busy day getting some admin done and of course some crafting.  Need to pack my bag and craft bag too as will be going to a workshop with Hels Sheridan on Saturday with Pauline and Kath.  Really looking forward to that.

My card today is again using Sheena Douglass' acetate, micas and floor polish technique.

Recipe

1.  8 x 8 scalloped square card which I have matted and layered pink holographic card.
2. I have stamped the enchanted doorway onto acetate then embossed with Cosmic Shimmer black sparkle embossing powder.  On the reverse side I have painted with Pebeo Acrylic paint, once this was dry I then added the floor polish (Klear) and added Primary Elements and sprinkled glitter, put tissue paper over the top then left to dry.  Once this was dry I stamped on the front Flowers from the Honesty Stamps set and coloured with Sakura glitter pen.  I attached the acetate to white card with 4 dragonfly brads.
3. To finish off I added an owl and pearl beading on 2 sides of the card.

Thank you for stopping by Today
Hugs xxxxx
