Birthday!

Good Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Well what an awful weekend I have had, I have had the 48 hour bug that is doing the rounds.
Still don't feel 100% but got lots to make a start on today.

31 years ago today I was in hospital waiting for the safe arrival of my youngest son.

Where has the time gone? Now he is a father to my two beautiful granddaughters.

A quick card to share today using another of Sheena Douglass' A little bit sketchy stamps.

Step by Step

1. Kraft A6 card which I have added burlap as the first layer.
2. The second layer is brown embossed card.
3. The topper was made using a background I created using mica powders and inkadinks. I stamped the image using Vintage Photo and then embossed. I also stamped the little birds with Wild Honey and embossed. Using colouring pencils, I highlighted areas of the tree and scene.
4. To finish off I added the sentiment.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

613 Avenue Create #117 - Anything Goes No Twist
Fairytale Stamper #53 - Anything Goes/Things with Wings
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends #6 - Anything Goes
Scribble and Scrap #41 - Always Anything Goes

Many thanks for stopping by Today
