The Draughtsman

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

Kath is coming today for our usual Tuesday craft play day.

First I am off out shopping and a few errands to get done before she gets here.

Today I am sharing with you my favourite stamp set from the new release by IndigoBlu, the Draughtsman

Step by Step

1. 5 x 7 white base card.
2. Matted and layered black card.
3. To create the background I used Distress oxides frayed burlap, hickory smoke and salty ocean. Once this was dry I used the drawing stamp and Archival cornflower blue and stamped over the whole of the background.
4. Onto a piece of white card I stamped the drawing with Archival cornflower blue, stamped the draughtsman with black Versafine and embossed with clear embossing powder. I then distressed with hickory smoke.
5. To finish off I matted and layered the topper onto black card.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

HeARTfelt Stamping - AG + a Stamp
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends #78 - Anything Goes
The Corrosive Challenge - Anything Goes
Not Just Cards - Anything Goes
The Creative Crafters #2 - Anything Goes

Many thanks for visiting today!
Happy Crafting!

Love your card, and the drawing stamp especially. My grandad was a draughtsman and I’m inspired to get at use it to make memory cards - thanks for sharing.
