Sheena's Carnation

Morning Crafty Friends,

I hope that you all have had a wonderful weekend.

After our walk this morning I will be putting the scan and cut through its paces cutting out a load of flowers from the Floral Decoupage Delights USB, then putting them together to make a card.

Another card to share using Sheena's Flowers of the World and Pigment Inks. Today I have used the Carnation stamp and die set.

Step by Step

1. 5 x 7 white base card.
2. Matted and layered black and pink patterned card.
3. Die cut the tag using very pale blue pearlescent card and added pink organza ribbon to the top.
4. Stamped the carnation, die cut then watercoloured with pigment inks.
5. To finish off stamped and watercoloured the dragonfly before die cutting.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

The Corrosive Challenge #7 - Anything Goes
Crafter's Castle #31 - Anything Goes
Arty Divas #25 - Anything Goes
TTCRD - Always Anything Goes
Lemon Shortbread #123 - Anything Goes

Many thanks for visiting today!
Happy Crafting!

Your carnations look beautiful, Linda! As children, we always enjoyed picking the white carnations in the garden and dying them two different ways - one thru a vase of food dye droppered in water, and the second way was to dip the actual bloom into a bowl of food coloring. Either way it was fun. The colors in your flowers remind me of those days. so pretty! Hoping this finds you well. love, de
