A Taste of India

Morning Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

Blog candy winners post is here, please check out as it could be you!

A chilling out day for me today, hoping to get into the craft room but not sure yet!

Today a card created using the "caught in crystal" technique.

Step by Step

1. 8 x 8 black square card which I have matted and layered pink satin finish mirri card.
2. I created the background using the caught in crystal technique using Luminart Radiance Rain in Ginger peach and Persimmon, added glitter and left to dry. I then stamped onto the front with Stazon the image and sentiment from the "A Taste of India" stamp range.
3. I created a frame and attached the acetate to this, onto the back of the acetate I added white card.
4. Once the frame was over the acetate I then attached to the base card.
5. To finish off I made the flowers and attached to each corner and a small ladybird.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Fantasy Stampers #42 - Lots of Layers
Chocolate, Coffee Cards - Flower in Image
Southern Girls Challenge #116 - Anything Goes
Inspiration Destination #44 - Always Anything Goes
TTCRD - Always Anything Goes

Many thanks for stopping by Today
